WHAT IS SPECIAL EDUCATION?

Special education is the education of students with special needs in a way that addresses the students' individual differences and needs. Ideally, this process involves the individually planned and systematically monitored arrangement of teaching procedures, adapted equipment and materials, accessible settings, and other interventions designed to help learners with special needs achieve a higher level of personal self-sufficiency and success in school and community

WHY IS SPECIAL EDUCATION NEEDED?

The need for special education school's came about when student's required support that goes beyond that which is normally offered or received in the regular school and classroom setting. Special needs include challenges with learning, communication challenges, emotional and behavioral disorders, physical disabilities, and developmental disorder, students with this kinds of special needs are likely to benefits from additional services such as different approaches to teaching, use of technology, or a resource room.

WHO NEEDS THE SPECIAL EDUCATION?

Special education needed children

Mental Retardation:

Problem with social, personal, communication, intellectual, and behavioral.

ADHD:

Problem with attention, controlling their impulses, and may be Hyperactive.

Learning disability:

Problem with reading, writing and math.

Autism:

Problem with social skills and communication skills.

Cerebral palsy with M.R/H.I/V,I:

Non-progressive condition which due to paralysis, & hearing loss &visual problems.

WHAT ARE THE SERVICES FOR THERE CHILDREN?

Age group levels:

0-3 years:

For better hand balancing, sensory & stimulation, eye-hand co-ordination and to promote the fine motor skills through, thumb printing, palm printing and leaf printing, etc.

3-6 years:

For better eye-hand co-ordination, hand functions, fine motor skills, self help skills, and pasting, play skills, through, pasting, stringing, beats, coloring and academic performance etc.

6-11 years:

In this age group children are supposed to be independent in their self-help skills like toileting, brushing, bathing, etc.

In this age children have needed pre-readiness stage and pre-vocational training, to independent in daily living activity.

We also provide the training at computer reading, problem solving activity and typing, coloring, drawing for age about 18 and 15 to 18 children.

We provide some special teaching for slow learners and learning disability children.

Below some affected areas:-

Visual processing problems:

Reverses or inverts letter like p-q, m-w, u-n, etc.
Transposes letters in word, like was-saw, stop-spot,
Omits /substitutes letters in words like dres/dress, foto/photo.
Auditory problems:

Difficulty in understanding spoken directions.

Speech problems.

Difficulty in phonology like rat as r-a-t.
Difficulty in learning syllabication.

Motor difficulties:

Poor co-ordination
Poor pencil grip
Poor balancing
Remembering problems
They don't know how to write letters and what they look like.
